Yesterday, I made lots of progress. Work items are now able to be added in a couple of minutes right from the Wordpress dashboard. I have never had to do this before, so it was tricky, but a post (that I can’t find) helped me out greatly. The author suggested adding an image into the excerpt field of a post, and then only displaying the excerpt in the category template (in this case, the Work page).

The only downside of this is that I had originally planned for anyone in the office to be able to add/update a case study, and the way excerpts must be added is by linking to an image inside of a <li> tag. Maybe a plugin is needed? I’ll worry about that later. Right now, I have some serious building to do.
