Late last year, I got the opportunity to make the long drive to Sikeston to discuss a new website project with a company called NewWave Communications. I was excited to say the least. I was still in that awkward “sort of the new girl phase” at Relentless and was eager to prove myself. Meeting any potential client is always a bit nerve racking. You have to figure out what their goals are, what they think they need, and what it is they are really looking for all in a short meeting. It can be challenging for even an experienced project manager. Lucky for me, the NewWave guys already had most of it laid out when I stepped into their office. ”Give us a website that features clean design and interactive elements. It is all about providing the best possible user experience to existing customers using the website to manage their communication, while also providing information and promoting the brand and services NewWave offers to potential customers.” Wow. Clear direction with a measurable goal in mind. They needed a website to serve the dual purpose of selling their products and services to potential customers while also being a strong resource for existing customers looking to manage their communication. Ok, we can do this. And if you know Relentless, we do enjoy a challenge. We recently rolled out the new NewWave.
